Dwell Time (2025-2026) is an evolving ambient video cycle projected on the entrance to the former Burlington Square Mall on Church Street, as part of Downtown Lights.

Dwell Time is a measure of how long visitors spend in an online or in-person space. Long durations can lead to loss of original purpose, a phenomenon called the Gruen Effect after Austrian architect Victor Gruen, the originator of the American shopping mall.
